I reserve the right to refuse any commission request that I find inappropriate or uncomfortable for any reason.

NSFW commissions are only accepted from clients who are 18 or older and have their age clearly stated in their account bio.

You may choose whether the final artwork is shared publicly on my platforms.

All commission requests must be clear and detailed. Vague prompts or incomplete instructions may be rejected or cause delays.

All payments must be made in full upfront.

Payment is accepted via PayPal. For commissions requested through VGen, only VGen's payment system will be used.

Prices are listed in USD.

Minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small details) are included and must be requested during the sketch phase.

Major revisions or significant changes requested after the lineart or coloring stage may incur additional charges.

Revisions will not be accepted after final delivery unless the error was due to a mistake on my part.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the piece and current workload. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided before payment.

Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Completed files will be delivered digitally in high-resolution (PNG or JPG), and a PSD file can be provided upon request. No physical items will be shipped.

Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial use is discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: using the artwork in monetized content.

Extended commercial use includes, but is not limited to: selling merchandise, promoting products or services, or producing prints.

The artist retains all copyrights and moral rights to the commissioned work, including authorship credit and resale rights.

Clients granted commercial usage receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license, excluding resale or claiming authorship.

The intended use of the artwork must be disclosed during the request and before payment.

Use of commissioned works in AI or machine learning datasets is strictly prohibited.

The client is strictly prohibited from using the commissioned artwork, in whole or in part, for any purpose involving artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or generative systems. This includes, but is not limited to, use in or with platforms such as ChatGPT, Grok, Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or any similar AI service or dataset, whether for training, fine-tuning, image generation, style imitation, or derivative creation.

The client may not upload, feed, or otherwise provide the commissioned artwork to any AI system, nor authorize others to do so.

The client may not use the artwork or any AI-generated derivatives to train, test, or prompt AI systems, nor to publish undisclosed, altered, or AI-assisted versions of the artwork.

Any AI-generated content that imitates, reproduces, or substantially mimics the artist’s distinctive style, when based on the commissioned artwork or prior works, shall be deemed a derivative work. All rights, including copyright and authorship, remain with the artist.

Any violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of the agreement. Upon breach, all usage rights granted to the client are immediately revoked, and the artist reserves the right to pursue DMCA takedowns, copyright claims, and other legal remedies available under applicable law. Commissions with revoked usage rights are strictly non-refundable, as such violations constitute a breach of service terms rather than a failure of delivery.

This clause applies perpetually and globally, regardless of the platform, medium, or future AI technologies that may emerge.

All payments are non-refundable once confirmed, as each commission is a custom-made service.

If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

All communication must take place on the platform where the commission was initiated.

Clients are expected to respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.

Any form of harassment, spamming, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the commission with no refund.
